I got some feedback on SGC that there was a lot of pdf-flipping -- which is true, there is -- and in an attempt to mitigate this a bit I've duplicated the common tables into their own pdf, included in the download. Now at least you can have them open in a separate tab or window, which should hopefully be easier than scrolling back and forth.
